Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Remote Activities Planner to design, coordinate, and manage engaging activities for individuals, families, and groups. This role involves researching destinations, liaising with local suppliers, and ensuring every aspect of an activity is planned and executed to exceed client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand preferences, special interests, and budget.
Research, propose, and arrange activities such as guided tours, outdoor excursions, cultural events, and leisure experiences.
Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and necessary documentation for each planned activity.
Maintain clear communication with suppliers, tour operators, and transportation providers.
Monitor schedules and address adjustments to ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain organized records of all arrangements and communications.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Background in travel planning, event coordination, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with various travel destinations, attractions, and activity providers is beneficial.
