The Opportunity:

Job Summary:

Lead creative concept development and execution for Sephora's Haircare marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand experiences across retail, digital, and paid media channels. Reports to Senior Art Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaign concepts aligned with business objectives

• Create visual assets including concept boards, decks, and photo briefs

• Direct photography, styling, and post-production teams

• Manage creative projects and design teams

• Collaborate with Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production, and Marketing teams

• Oversee agency partnerships and cross-functional relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of design and art direction experience

• Portfolio demonstrating strong creative work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design (preferred)

• Experience leading creative teams

• Strong visual storytelling and design skills

Essential Skills:

• Excellence in project management and organization

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams

• Understanding of beauty industry trends, especially in hair

• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of generative AI tools encouraged

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $128,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
