Vac2Go has partnered with Hueman to find an Inside Sales Representative for their location in Phoenix, Arizona.
This individual will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive customer outreach, relationship development, and effective sales strategies focused on our vacuum truck rental services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Vac2Go is a provider of mission-critical equipment to industrial, utility, and municipal customers. Vac2Go offers daily to multi-month rentals of the latest model trucks and equipment to industrial service contractors, environmental contractors, the construction, excavation, and utility industries, and to state and local municipal governments. Additionally, Vac2Go provides repair and maintenance services for vacuum trucks and related equipment at all its facilities.
Make approximately 150 outbound calls daily to engage with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and chat.
Understand customer needs related to vacuum truck rentals and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing outstanding customer support.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Present, promote, and sell vacuum truck rental services to prospective customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and maximize results.
Develop deep knowledge of product offerings, features, pricing, and industry trends.
Stay updated on market activity and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
Prepare professional quotes and proposals for customers and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) team.
Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot CRM.
Report customer insights, challenges, and opportunities to management.
Collaborate with marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement strategies.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless rental service delivery.
Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the equipment rental or industrial services industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
