The Marketing Associate will support various marketing initiatives for the client, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Associate Manager. This role will provide valuable experience in both digital and traditional marketing while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Creative Support:

  • Assist with maintaining and updating evergreen assets, including impact reports, program infographics, and more.
  • Work with the in-house creative team to coordinate creative requests and ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines.
  • Create and edit marketing assets using the provided style guide and asset library (experience with tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite).

Asset Management:

  • Organize and maintain the client’s creative asset library, ensuring assets are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Organize and maintain Marketing SharePoint folders
  • Maintain internal Intranet content

Website Maintenance:

  • Update and maintain content ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Act as liaison between client and website vendor for ongoing site updates and improvements.
  • Schedule and post content to the blog.
  • Publish digital marketing content on ensuring it aligns with brand standards.
  • Track and monitor website performance using Google Analytics, annotating key data.
  • Measure traffic from external sources and monitor the performance of strategic partnerships.

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule, post, and monitor content for LinkedIn, Vimeo, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage with followers through likes, comments, and messages, building TBF's online community.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights on growth and areas for improvement.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, such as engagement, website traffic, and social media performance.
  • Collaborate with the Taco Bell Foundation team to gather data for the Annual Report and other key marketing materials.

General Support:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional).
  • Coordinating logistics for campaigns, including managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring all materials are ready for launch.
  • Manage merch ordering and logistics, creating briefs and coordinating with the vendor and cross functional team members for approvals and timelines
  • Supporting the team with various even coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-year professional experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with web content management systems (WordPress experience preferred; experience with Pagely is a plus).
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Monday.com
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to execute tasks independently while contributing to a collaborative team effort.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for marketing and communications.
