We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to discover, test, and develop groundbreaking ways to help financial advisors grow their business. This role focuses on ideating and incubating new services, with an emphasis on lead generation, nurturing, and improving conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you will:
Define Vision & Strategy: Partner with service designers and strategists to shape the vision, business model, pricing, investment needs, and operational framework for new services.
Lead Service Discovery: Engage with financial advisors to gather feedback, uncover insights, and identify areas for improvement.
Design & Execute Pilots: Implement and manage pilot programs, utilizing A/B testing and data-driven approaches to refine features and optimize operations.
Perform Business Analysis: Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses to build compelling business cases for proposed services.
Build & Scale Teams: Recruit and organize teams tailored to the needs of each development phase, from discovery to full-scale launch.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with strategists, designers, business operations experts, and analysts to drive innovation and execution.
Engage with Leadership: Present vision, progress, and recommendations to senior leaders, influencing key business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a high-energy, adaptable professional with strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills. This role is ideal for someone who understands new product development processes and financial services and is passionate about creating solutions that extend financial guidance to broader audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business and product management/development or strategy consulting, with expertise in areas such as corporate strategy, innovation, new ventures, and product strategy.
1-2 years of experience in digital sales and marketing, including lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, and in/outbound marketing.
2+ years of experience scaling offerings in a fast-growing company.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to distill data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with Lean Start-up methodologies.
Experience in designing, implementing, and redefining business models, products, and services.
Background in human-centered design and facilitating collaborative workshops.
Knowledge of financial services and a passion for fintech innovation.
