Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the recruitment of high volume, heavy pipeline and entry-level positions, as well as providing support to specialty recruitment group by facilitating and executing sourcing strategies to identify talent leads for hard to fill positions. This function helps formulate management policies regarding worker conditions with regular access and analysis of confidential information that help formulate labor policies. The incumbent may attend management meetings and be involved directly or indirectly in the decision making process around management positions during negotiations process.

Experience
Generally, requires 1 to 3 years of related experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Employees hired into the classification before 03/06/2023 are grandfathered in for the Bachelor’s degree requirement.
Skill
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
Credentials
Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
